Body Appreciation Yoga

The world we live in makes it hard to have a healthy relationship with our bodies. And yet, it's the longest relationship we'll ever have. We don't get another one, right? This is it!

What would it feel like to cultivate more appreciation for your body, right where it is right now?

What would it feel like to move and connect with your body, without worrying about anyone else in the room?

This class gives you a 60 minute recorded practice you can revisit as often as you'd like, helping you cultivate a little more space for body appreciation.

As someone who began practicing yoga in her 40's, a bit reluctantly, Elisabeth felt a little lost in group classes and began seeking out support for her own personal practice.

This brought her down the path of studying yoga and becoming an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance with over 3000 teaching hours.
